5333 Connecticut Project

5333 Connecticut offers sophisticated urban living in a Washington, DC high-rise with 261 luxury apartments. Completed in 2016, this structure consists of two garage levels and nine stories above grade totaling 299,600 square feet. The amenities of this upscale property include a landscaped courtyard and a rooftop infinity pool. To complement the modern architecture, the Step Up Slim from Filix and the Quantum and stainless steel bollards from Linea Light were selected to illuminate important spaces.

Quantum is an award-winning downlight family characterized by small, low glare apertures and efficient performance.

Filix manufactures high-quality outdoor LED luminaires robustly engineered for the outside environment and designed with an attention to detail. The Step Up Slim is an even line of light cleanly integrated into the walkway, providing both way-finding and uplight to the canopy overhead. These linear luminaires add style to the entrance of 5333 Connecticut and ensure that residents and visitors stay on the right path.
