Striking Inter-lux/Sattler luminaires were selected to breathe new life into the restrooms and family lounges of Westfield Topanga & The Village, a 1.7-million-square-foot luxury shopping destination in Canoga Park, California. Some of the high-end stores at Westfield include Cartier, Gucci and Louis Vuitton.
Opened in 1964, the mall was in need of a sleek and modern facelift to appeal to its upscale clientele and a recent $70 million renovation of its floors, walls and lighting has greatly enhanced the customer experience. Most of the construction occurred after business hours to allow the mall’s shops, which draw 22 million visitors each year, to remain open during the renovation.
Sattler’s Girata Vertical transforms a mall bathroom into a chic and elegant lounge with flattering lighting and a salon-like atmosphere. The circular aluminum profile of the fixtures complement and mirror the contemporary pattern of the tilework.
Available in several sizes and finish options that include gold, bronze and anthracite, Girata is an ideal choice for making a dramatic lighting statement. A horizontal version further expands the versatility of Girata. Innovative, well-crafted and show-stopping lighting defines Sattler luminaires.
